At Aurum Atelier, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and resources that empower your personal and entrepreneurial growth. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All of our products are digital in nature (eBooks, courses, workbooks, templates, guides, etc.). Once a product has been purchased and accessed/downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy exists because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items.

2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your product, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase.
